Emirates airline has begun a new year-round daily non-stop service between Copenhagen and Dubai, allowing onward connections to the rest of the airline’s extensive network in Australia, India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Copenhagen is seen as an essential hub to the rest of Scandinavia, said Emirates chief executive His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum in a statement. Copenhagen tourism chiefs have hailed the opening of the route as a boon for both business and tourism in the city.
